Who am I?

My name is Jimmy Toner, and I bring over two years of hands-on experience as a personal trainer and coach at Crunch Fitness, where I’ve helped a wide range of clients achieve their individual goals. I am a NASM-certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and I love what I do!

My approach focuses on providing expert coaching across all aspects of fitness, including strength training, recovery, nutrition, and cardiovascular conditioning, with an emphasis on sustainable, long-term lifestyle change. I take a practical, client-centered approach to training, focusing on enhancing what’s already working rather than overcomplicating the process. My goal is to refine your current routine to improve efficiency and results, or to help you establish a strong, confident foundation if you’re just beginning your fitness journey.

My specialties include hypertrophy training, weight loss, and lifestyle fitness. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients ranging from 14-year-olds just beginning their fitness journey to individuals in their 90s seeking improved functionality, mobility, and quality of life. I focus on making small, realistic adjustments that allow you to continue enjoying what you love, while also providing accountability and support to help you reach and sustain your goals.
